<description>An excellent post about affiliate programs, which I&#039;ve renamed &quot;Referral Rewards&quot; after discussing the term on Twitter a bit, because it seems to make more sense to non-techie people when telling them why they should join my own program to earn commissions for those they send to me for web hosting or development work.

The FUMI along with their other pursehooks and accessories (scarves/charms) are excellent products for an affiliate program, because instead of requiring people that want to sell their products to buy quantities in wholesale lots, they can now benefit from referrals, fashion bloggers doing product reviews, and others that could market their products, but don&#039;t have the time, space, or interest in buying the product first, and having to deal with selling it themselves.

In short, it allows the marketing to happen without getting involved in the sales cycle, of having to buy the product wholesale, take the orders, ship the product, handle customer inquiries, questions, refunds, cancellations, or any of that - the Referral Rewards member can focus on marketing/referring people to quality products, and be rewarded with commissions, all tracked online, integrated in to their e-commerce shopping cart system, with a complete Control Panel of stats for both the one doing the referring, and for themselves to manage all their affiliates, approve and process payment of commissions, mark who has been paid or not, etc.

If you&#039;d like your own Referral Rewards system for your products or services, let me know how I can help. :-)
